Krups XP2010 Espresso Machine & Coffee Maker

I purchased it brand new and it is working properly it needs to be repaired or exchanged before i can use it. I am very unsatisfied with this product and i don't recommendt it to anyone. Krups customer service is not very helpful and seller did not offer an exchange for another one.
I recommend you to stick with sturbucks and avoid all that hassle.

Needed a combination expresso/drip coffee machine for our cabin. This was an excellent choice. Works well for both functions, takes up little room, easily cleaned - well engineered.

It's an attractive machine. It's easy to use the coffee maker, and the coffee was good. Grounds get in the coffee if you try to brew a strong whole pot. You can't froth milk while coffee is being made. The espresso that I made was also mediocre, and with all of the cafes I've worked in, I don't think it was me. I haven't used a lot of home espresso makers though, so thet may all be this way.

Great machine, makes terrific traditional espresso with a ton of crema, have not used the ese pods. Fast brewing cycle on regular coffee station. Attractive design and easy to use. Would recommend

I have had 2 Krups combination Coffee/Espresso makers in the past and have been quite satisfied with them, however this one was defective right out of the box. The Espresso pump was either not working or was never even hooked up (according to Krups Rep). Since then I have encountered many negative reviews about this machine on various websites.
