ok let me start off by putting this series in order from best to worst,in my opinion, #1 being best #4 being worst.
#4:hitman:contracts-just altogethor a sloppy devilerence, without bringing anyhting new to the game.
#3.hitman- it was the 1st, so they get some slack from us, but a good game though.
#2.hitman 2- this game is challenging, fun, and innovative, and a all-around great game.
#1hitman:blood money- this game is without a doubt the best in the series. it brings new life to the series, showing new ways to kill people and gorgeous graphics.

ok so now let me break it down for ya!
graphics-absolutly gorgeous. at least on the 360 anyways, i couldnt tell u about the xbox or ps2 versions,as i have not played them. just look at that shinny bald head o' his shine! haha. 9.5/10
gameplay- it is hitman 2 with many many improvements. ther is many new weapons, differnt types of the hand-to-hand combat. and it all flows smoothly with out any "hiccups" so to speak. 10/10
sound- every little step and grunt of your victems is captured wonderfully. and breakin windows and jumping out of windows never sounds better. 10/10
value-every missoin can be different. you get a differnt grade per level, adding tons of replay value. plus there is many ways to kill every victim. 10/10
cover- the cover just looks cool, what can i say? 10/10
overall-9.9

i recomend this game to anyone with patienceand skill and some added luck. this game can get very difficult. so if you give up easily or arent very good at hitman games(myself included, although i love this game),then you should probably
just rent this game 1st. but this game is deff. a must own for any hitman fans!
thanks for reading my review of Hitman:Blood Money for Xbox 360!

Hitman: Bringing the contract kill to a whole new level

Hitman: Blood Money is the fourth installment to the series and is by far the best yet. Coming a long way since his first appearance, Agent 47 has added a few new tricks to his bag to make his targets pass into the afterlife a bit easier.

The story starts off as a retelling of events and Agent 47’s story for Blood Money starts back in 2004, and each mission leads to the present day, and ultimately a climatic ending for our favorite Hitman. I won’t say anymore, though it was a better ending than a majority of games out there right now.

The game play has been improved since it previous entry, and on the Xbox 360, it is easily known. The first real big improvement is the camera work and angles, improving the ease at which the environment can be observed and locate the prime areas take out your targets. Another area of improvement in game play is the amount of ways that the levels can be completed, the various levels of stealth at your hand, and the ability to use almost anything as a weapon. The best addition is the way that many of the deaths can be made to look like accidents. There is nothing better than making a pyrotechnics show go faulty, catching your mark on fire, and having them fall into a fish tank full of great whites…

A downfall for the Xbox 360 is that, though improved over the regular Xbox version, still does not live up to the potential of the graphic capability of the system. Another downfall of the game is the loading times between levels and deaths. It can be tedious, though it is worth the gaming opportunity.

Overall, I had a great time playing this game and went through it twice because I enjoyed it so much. I highly recommend it, especially if you need to blow off some steam after a bad day of work.

Hitman: Blood Money for the Xbox 360

I bought this game for its great stealth-action properties. And do you know what? It's a great stealth-action game. Aiming and sniping enemies can be little hard due to the realism - zooming-in will cause your sights to move even if you are not touching any of the controls. This is due to Agent 47's "heartbeat" and "breathing rhythms." So just be patient - you are a sniper afterall and the enemies will have no idea where you are, let alone that you are even there at all [when you finally get it right]. Close-Quarters combat is ridiculous, almost non-existent, and quite frustrating. But then again, this is a STEALTH-action game, not a shooter [think Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series, rather than Halo/Gears of War] - being sneaky about killing people is the point of the game. So if you are sneaky about killing people, then you won't have any of those problems.

There is only one way to beat the missions - the flawless way. The direct approach of running-and-gunning [Halo] will not work, so try changing into disguises, sneaking around the areas, and doing recon-work before attempting to accomplishing your mission goals [again, the point here is stealth, stealth, stealth]. You could also try playing the same level on the Easiest setting first and find out how the mission is supposed to play out and specifically what you have to do before playing on the harder, more satisfying settings. If patience doesn't work for you, then you can expect a whole lot of frustration and dying in a trial-and-error setting.

I liked the game and gave it a 4 out of 5.

  The TRUE Hitman experience!

First off let me tell you I'm no stranger to video games. That said I'm no stranger to Hitman games or sneaking games in general. This is just one example on how to make a classic better.
Not many games let you be a Contract Killer or Gun for hire. Lo interactive has crafted a game that is just that and so much more. If you played any sneaking game Metal Gear/ Splinter Cell then you partially know what to expect. The game owes more to an Manhunt than either of them. If you havent get ready for an eye opener.
You play as super killer in an Italian Suit,Agent 47. A cloned killing machine 47 is as deadly as a cobra bite only more fun to watch.
As with all of the hitman games 47 is able to killed or subdue an enemy and disguise himself in their clothing thus becoming a Insideman if you will. They are numerous ways to do so most of the time there are several different to perform a hit. Stabbing, strangling, shooting, sniping or you can make it look like an accident. If all that fails you can do it old school "run and gun" its not the most effective way but it is fun.
New to the game is notoriety. In most games you can sneak and kill, sneak and kill, over and over again with no one to hand the guards a picture and say: "Hey keep a look out for this guy!" In this game you get judged on how many killed, how many shots fired and how many accidents there were and so on. At the end of each level there is a newspaper detailing the exploits of each hit. The paper tells if there was an "accidental death" or not. It also chronicles the shots fired and if you were captured on film, your picture or an eyewitness discription. If that happens your next hit is that much harder with people aware of who you are and what you look like.
The downside is its slow paced, repetitious, has a frustrating save system and has graphical glitches here and there. The 360 version looks next generation with a big boost in graphics and detail. Peep his eyebrows and necktie. But overall worth your $60 bucks if you have the patience.

  Best Game of the Series

This game has amazing plot line, graphics, missions, and characters. My husband has purchased and beat all of the games in the Hitman series. This by far is the best. You can dress up as a chicken, santa clause, and many more. The game is as interesting to watch (in my opinion) as play. Trying to help figure out the best way to complete the missions with as few unnecessary casualties as possible and as little noise as possible is quite entertaining. I feel like we are trying to solve a puzzle.

However, there is a reason for the Mature rating. I would not recommend this game for children by any means.

Working full time and going to school it took me just a week of playing to unlock everything. Not to say the game isn't good. It is a lot of fun, I mean who doesn't love killing pedophiles. It sort of feels like a Sims game actually. But its replay value is pretty weak. For those who love gore, you will be wondering why peoples heads don't get blown off, or amputations with explosions. I especially enjoyed the creative ways to take out your victims. Like drenching a grill with gasoline so it burns your victim to a crisp! Hitman will provide a few hours of great fun, but nothing worth 50-60 bucks for a couple weeks.

The game is amazing. If you like stealth based games then you'll love this game. It's a mix of Manhunt and Splinter Cell. Only problem is AI glitches and can detect you without you doing anything. Also this game can only be found on Ebay, Amazon or Steam nowadays. Good gaming!

By far the best of the hitman series, allowing for much more wiggle room in how you complete your objectives.
Whether it be a stealthy approach or guns blazing there is alot of fun to be had here.
Excellent sound and graphics for it's time, with solid controls and a gripping story to boot.
Highly Recommend it to fans of espionage, stealth and third person shooters.

  Best in the hitman series!
Review created: 17/11/08

The fourth in the chilling Hitman series featuring the cold-blooded killer Agent 47. Finding that members of his agency, The ICA, are now being quietly (and mortally) eliminated, Agent 47 suspects a larger organization is moving in. Fearing he may be the next target, he heads to America. His jobs now will pay in straight-up cash -- and how he spends the money will affect what weapons he has and what he does next. The developer added new game play systems, such as the concepts of notoriety and of blood money. The new Notoriety system means that anyone causing a bloodbath worthy of front page news is risking being recognized by civilians and guards in the future. Blood Money lets players spend their earnings on fully customizable precision weapons and specialist equipment, or they can buy additional information upon the targets and location at hand, to aid a successful and professional hit. This game is epic! you can.......

- push people over balconies
- upgrade weapons with money earned from levels
- distract guards with coins
- poison drinks with a syringe
- strangle your victims with fiber wire
- drag bodies into containers or over balconies and then hide in a closet
- detonate bombs when an enemy is near
- and TONS MORE!

This games graphics are also very good

The music and sound is very realistic and fits in with the situation.

The cut scenes have awseome graphics, I actually like the cut screens for once.

  Hitman a killers game

Well as before i said i have been playing video games for about the past 14 years and i have played over 500 games of all of them i have never seen one like the hitman seris it should be called the "IceMan" it's like the iceman's book anyway . You can just about kill everybody and can kill like 120 people on some times wow . If you want to do stuff you never could in real life without going to prison for about 10,000 years well pick up a copy of this game for the xbox 360 the game looks great like real life and the guns . The only thing i dislike about the game and i am not going to suger coat it , On some guns you only get like 20 or 26 bullets that's bull plop and you can only bring three guns and the only real gun you can use is the silverballer 45. due to the ammo fumble and the cops most of the time can see through walls hear through walls know right where your at even when your hiding well there kind of like superman only they can't fly. on a scale of 1 to 10 i give 6 and a half due to the many fumbles , there are a few good things that the old hitman did not have like the cops put the dead people in body bags and drag them away .   Classic Killer!!!
Review created: 22/09/06
1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

The Hitman series keeps on going and going. In this fourth installment you are back as Agent 47 to do what a hitman does. This would be a great game for downloadable content instead of making you buy a whole new game but at least it's not taking that much space on my hardrive. Some of the new missions are quite brilliant while others feel rehashed and people are way to paranoid as if everyone in the building knows a hitman is coming to kill somebody and you're the only bald guy to blame. Having a hideout is nice but kind of a waste of time, not as easy to navigate like "The Punisher". It is a lot easier to use your stealth weapons this time though but trying to capture people for disguises can sometimes prove difficult. Graphics are much better than the Xbox or PS2. If you just have to have this game this is the version to go with.
No online or downloadable content in a game that could be perfect for such a thing can easily be viewed as a waste. Imagine navigating a room full of people searching for other online agents who are trying to get to your target first without alerting you or the competition.
Rent before you buy. 3.5/5

  Hitman is an Enjoyable Experience
Review created: 21/08/06
1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

Firstly, I will recommend this game to anyone who enjoys the Hitman series. Secondly, I will say that those of you who don't have patience or who expect to run around and just shoot the holy heck out of everyone, should skip this game. Hitman is about stealth, strategy and making the unnoticeable kill to seal the deal. This game is probably the best out of the entire series. The levels are all very unique and challenging, it'll keep you playing for quite some time. The music is great, the graphics are pretty good - sometimes the character models look a tad cartoony - and the replay value is fairly high. There are several difficulty levels which will test your skills. The difficulty levels vary the number of times you can save during a mission, how smart the AI is, how much help/info you'll receive from HQ, etc. So once you finish, trying the harder difficulty settings will test your abilities. Also, there are so many ways to complete missions, that you'll want to play the game again just to see if you can't find a new way to take out your targets. The game also has a few noticeable differecens like the ability to conceal a weapon. Instead of walking around with your gun waving in the air, you will hide it behind your back - making it easier to approach someone and then pop one in their head. You'll be able to hide in closets, dispose of bodies over ledges and in dumpsters. Also, the greatest difference this game has compared to the others, is the notoriety level. If you complete a mission silently, without being seen or blowing a cover, without making a scene or being violent - basically completing it without anyone knowing - you will keep a low, non-existent notoriety. If you decide to walk around, not disguise yourself, shoot your guns all over, killing whomever, getting police involved - basically just going nuts and violent - then your notoriety level will rise and you will slowly become recognizable. So the game really challenges you to take the stealthy approach, rather than just the easy way out by running in and blasting anything that moves. Overall, it's a challenging game that keeps you playing.

One of those "must have" games for the Xbox 360
Review created: 27/06/06

1 of 2 people found this review helpful.

I've played through every game in the Hitman series, following 47's every move. This game is the pinnacle of the series so far. The finesse and the thought put into every hit just adds up into a great blend of stealth, humor, and fun that makes this game so great. There's a man in an operahouse that needs to be dead. Do you run in, taking down every person in the room? Do you carefully snipe the man from the balcony? Or are you up to the challenge of making the lighting rack above him "accidentally" fall on his head? This is the kind of freedom you are presented with in Hitman: Blood Money. Some of the new features of the game include upgradeable weapons, the ability to disarm enemies, being able to see how you've done after the level in a mockup news front page of what just happened, which can sometimes lead to interesting speculation. I'd reccomend this game to anyone, except those not being able to handle the excessive violence or sexual content of the game, so this is a "no-no" for younger children.
