
What Everyone Should Know About Business
This is a management book, but it is also a customer service book, and a lot more. After reading this book I came to some hard realizations about how I was running my business, and made a concerted effort to improve that business, primarily by changing how I related to my customers. It made a huge difference in not only my bottom line, but my own physical and emotional well-being as well.
