F-Zero (Super Nintendo, 1991)

game works great! exactly like the seller described! so happy to play this gem from my early days of gaming!

This SNES classic is one for the archives for the old school gamers and collectors who refuse to be completely hijacked by the age of Hi-Fi / Wi-Fi gaming. Some of us wanna be able to kick-out a good time without waiting for 20 minutes to load, save, buffer, or whatever cinematic sequence is playing-out on one of our newer systems, etc. For those of us who appreciate the simplicity of the past, this title is a refreshing taste of the new world SNES brought to us in the days of Sega and Nintendo. F-Zero can give the challenge-obsessed player a jolt in the Knight League, so it's not one to be out-dated. Again, it's old school, so - for the price - the value is there for 10 or less dollars.

F-Zero is one of my favorite arcade-styled racers. Taking place in the future, F-Zero is unique in the fact that the drivers race in hovercraft, not in cars or other wheeled vehicles. There are a total of four vehicles, with varying stats and attributes, giving each a separate experience to drive. There are a total of 3 leagues and 3 classes, each having their own courses with varying difficulty. The tracks are creative and use futuristic technologies, such as anti-gravity beams, magnets, and other technologies to give each course a unique feel and separate the game from other racers. The music is great, and extremely memorable. The races has a death-match feel to them, and crashes are frequent. That and the high speed give the races a frantic feel which is great. The best thing about F-Zero, however, is the controls. The control is extremely tuned and easy to control, which helps with some of the extremely difficult tracks later on. One of the funnier things about the game is the comic that comes in the manual. It has a really campy appeal to it and gives the game some back-story, which is unnecessary but nice to have. This game is all around great, and I like to call it "the Rad-Racer of the Super Nintendo." If you own a Super-Nintendo and don't have this game for some reason, pick it up. It was one of the more popular games for the system and should not be too expensive or hard to find.

I got the game very fast and it was in perfect condition. It wasn't very expensive and it was a great game. glad i bought it and glad i picked this seller!

this game is awesome. it uses mode 7, a pseudo 3D environment so it looks 3D. you race over 10 tracks, with awesome music and you can choose up to 4 cars. you can also use time trail to practice.

F-Zero for SNES is a Nintendo Classic that any gaming fan must own. It is a fast-paced and thrilling game for it's era. It also includes a comic in the game manual that serves as a backstory for the game.

F-zero is one of the coolest Video game series out there. It originally debuted in 1990 with the release of the super nintendo and quickly became a hit. What makes it so cool out of all the reasons? the music. if music were a girl, i'd marry the Music from this game (Especially Silence and White land) thats how awesome it is. also, the graphics. in comparison to the modern games, Sure F-zero's Mode 7 graphics don't stack up, but back in 1990, if you compared mode-7 to the Sega genesis's "Blast Processing" and the Nes's 8-bit graphics, which were getting outdated, then it's pretty obvious what's cool. As for the how fast the game went, the guys who say Sonic was faster than mario should've raced Captain falcon first.

The only real drawback to F-zero was that there's no multiplayer. so you can invite a friend over to show him how awesome you are, but can't back it up with a second controller. that sucks.

I love the F-zer series and i couldn't call myself a fan if i didn't own this game. It's pretty cheap to pick up here on ebay, and there's a load of copies on sale. so what are you waiting for, go buy or bid on one!

I thought it was a different F- Zero game. I like the nintendo 64 game better.

We previously had a conversation about the two f zero games I bought. You said if I purchased another pnp game you would cancel both orders. I just bought super scope off of ebay. I would greatly appreciate if you canceled both f zero orders.

F-Zero for the Super Nintendo is a great, classic racing game. F-Zero features great music and nice graphics (for its time), however, it’s the gameplay that really makes F-Zero so much fun. You control one of four futuristic cars and race through a series of varying, and challenging tracks. Each of the four cars has different strengths and weaknesses. All of the tracks are well designed and some are very difficult. The only flaw that this game has is that there is no two player mode, which would have greatly increase F-Zero’s appeal. Despite the lack of a two player mode, F-Zero is still a great, classic SNES game.

Pros:
- Fast paced racing game
- Variety of interesting tracks
- Great music

Cons:
- No two-player mode

This product arrived in MINT condition. Not a smudge on the plastic. Nice and sharp edges. This box appears to be similar to platinum hits that Playstation and Xbox releases once the game has sold over 1 million copies. Even though the product arrived in MINT shape the seller should have put more protective packing material in the box.

I bought it for my teenage son so I haven't used it myself. I haven't heard any complaints from him.

I collect classic SNES games and this is one I wanted for quite a while. It came brand new in it's original packaging so I was very satisfied with the quality. If you can find it brand new I would'nt pass it up.

Not quite Mario Kart for the Super. However, this, one of the original games released for the Super Nintendo Console, is a classic. Race around in a futuristic setting jumping and bumping into and over your competetors. In all other ways this is much like any other racing game.

Didn't realize it was a "NEW" new game. Now I have to get another one to play with so I can save this one in what appears to be it's original wrap (this is a very good thing).
