I like the favorite fat burners of Jane's. Because it was fast paced or should I say a constant flow of movement. Not difficult to follow but it was about 50 minutes long from start up to cool down. It has several varieties of exercise all easy. There were variations for low impact during the movement when just starting out. At the end of the exercise routine there was nutritional information. I brought it because I like to exercise. Also you can see how a lot of intial movements were introduced in the exercise tapes and dvd that followed later, especially in the walk type fitness ones.
